Entuitive was looking for a cost-effective scheduling tool that could track engineer availability across multiple projects throughout the company.
Working with users we designed a simple to use tool, senior management, project managers, and engineering resources would use to see how the team is utilized and optimize assignments and work allocations accordingly.
The solution supports the entire company’s resource scheduling function leading to more effective allocation and ultimately greater profitability.
Unlike off-the-shelf software, users can track resources across three dimensions – resource, project, and time.
No need to purchase “seats” to access the software – it is accessible to as many users as the company needs – at no incremental cost.
Budgeting Tool
Earned-value budgeting software is complicated, difficult to use and dictates the process users must follow. Entuitive was looking for a solution that was simple to use and worked the way it worked – they didn’t want the tail to wag the dog.
Working with the project managers and engineers we designed a simple-to-use solution that worked exactly how users wanted it to work - matching the processes the company had developed over years of experience.
By tracking progress of projects to budgets and plan in real-time and by the teams that can make immediate corrections Entuitive has improved outcomes for all stakeholders
The system built allows project managers to easily monitor engineering resource allocations and compare them to budgets, enabling users to identify and correct issues before they become significant.
